Why choose Lust4Luxury Tours?

We guarantee a private experience for our small and large groups. Each custom tour is carefully crafted and personalized to suit your tastes. Enjoy an intimate winery lunch during your tour or ask about other recommended dining options available during your tour. Our vehicles are detailed prior to each tour. Expect to be chauffeured along the countryside in a meticulously clean Mercedes Benz GLS 450, GL 550 SUV or one of our large passenger vehicles. Our guests expect the best and we deliver the best!  

What time does the tour start and end?

Start Time: between 9:00 - 10:30am (depending on your pick-up location and desired tour) if your group is planning to have lunch before the tour, we can arrange a later start time. Please let us know if this is something you prefer, and we will adjust your start time accordingly. 

End Time: between 3:30 - 6:00pm (depending on the tour options and your drop off location) as a result of travel time, tours in the south including Naramata, Okanagan Falls, Osoyoos & Oliver may end after 5:00pm. Your custom itinerary will be sent to your group prior to the tour date noting all times.        

Due to COVID - 19 the time spent at each winery is in accordance with their reservation policy. We plan each custom itinerary carefully to ensure our guests have a pleasant experience. If you would like a later start time then recommended, we may not be able to include 4 wineries in your itinerary. 

What time will I be picked-up?

Pick up times vary by group and are confirmed by 6pm the day before the tour, by text message or by email. If you have not received an email or text message with your Custom Itinerary please notify us immediately at 778-821-2771.


Where do you pick us up?

We offer complementary pick-up and drop off to several hotels, B&B’s, Airbnb’s, and private residences throughout Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Peachland. We want our guests to enjoy the experience and be safe at the same time, no centralized meeting location required. By offering 100% private tours you won’t have to wait for other guests to get dropped off first. Although we strive to cover all grounds, there are areas that are considered outside of our pick-up zone. If your address does not fall within the city centers of Kelowna, West Kelowna or Peachland, please inquire before booking as additional fees may apply. Your Guide will collect you at the front doors of the location provided upon booking. Please contact us immediately at 1-778-821-2771 if you foresee any complications. 

Are there any additional fees?

Although we strive to cover all grounds, there are areas that are considered outside our pick-up zone. If you are unsure about your pick-up area, please inquire before booking to confirm if additional fees apply. 

Additional Winery Experiences can be arranged for your group as available and for an additional fee. Please ask us about adding an experience to your Private Custom Wine Tour. 

Do we offer private tours for larger groups?

Yes, we offer private tours accommodating large groups year-round. Subject to availability, please contact us directly to book your large party. 

Which wineries are included in the tour?

We would love to include the wineries your group is interested in visiting. To do this, we ask that you share the selection of wineries you would like to visit upon booking or as soon as possible. Wineries are selected based on the size and nature of the reservation, winery availability, holidays, special events, and other factors. Our excursions feature visits to four wineries and have the option to include additional facility tours and enhanced tasting experiences. Please inquire about additional winery experiences if this is something your group is interested in. The number of wineries your group will visit will depend on the start time and availability.  

Are the tasting fees included?

Yes, most tasting fees are included in the advertised tour price. However, there are select wineries where the tasting fee is not covered. The wineries that have a * next to the name are not included in the regular fee. If your group has selected a winery that is not included, we will inform you prior to booking your reservation. An additional fee will be required to visit the wineries that are not included. 

How many wineries do we visit?

In order to visit 5 wineries during a tour, one of the five wineries will be selected by the tour operator and will be based on the winery’s hours of operation.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

To guarantee an exceptional experience, Lust 4 Luxury Tours makes every effort to personalize your tour and secure your requested date and times. Many wineries only accept visitors by appointment; therefore, pre-booking and reservations are required. A refund is available within 14 days of booking, 50% will be refunded within 7-14 days and full charges apply within 7 days of a scheduled wine tour. Please note that service fees are not refunded should you cancel for any reason.    


Lust4Luxury Tours shall be held harmless and not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss of any kind whatsoever. By making a reservation with Lust4Luxurt Tours, you agree to these terms.

Vehicle used for wine tours?

We are proud to offer our small groups a one-of-a-kind luxury experience, your encouraged to sit back, relax and enjoy the adventure from start to finish. Our Mercedes Benz GLS 450 SUV features leather seating, moonroofs, bluetooth and individual climate control delivering comfort and style to every guest. Our larger passenger vehicles accommodate large private groups, please enquire for details. Vehicles and operators are subject to change without notice to meet operating requirements.  

Is Lunch included in the tour price?

Lunch is not included in the tour price. Upon booking a tour and requesting a lunch reservation, Lust 4 Luxury Tours will coordinate all reservations. We will make every effort to accommodate your groups lunch and winery requests. Please have requests in as soon as possible, reservations fill up fast. Requests made by the group are welcome but are not guaranteed. Please note that we are not responsible for communicating food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform the restaurant of any concerns upon arrival. All payments are made directly to the restaurant. 

Which tours include the experience, vineyard and/or winery facility tour?

There are a number of wineries that offer Cellar Tours and Experience Tours that often involve a paired tasting with a selection of meats and cheeses. We offer these options for tours of Lake Country, Kelowna, West Kelowna, Summerland, Penticton/Naramata, Okanagan Falls, Oliver and Osoyoos. Tours will be selected based on group requests, group size, season, and availability. Please contact us to discuss options and additional fees. 

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

Lus4Luxury Tours specialize in private luxury-based experiences. We provide private intimate tours for small and larger groups. Please inquire about groups over six [email protected]

What should I bring on the tour?

We encourage all our guests to come prepared with 2 pieces of ID, including one piece of Photo ID. Please consider the type of tour your group has planned and dress for personal comfort head to toe. Sunglasses can be considered a necessity as you will want to enjoy every viewpoint the Okanagan has to offer. A cell phone or camera to capture all your fun along the way, although our guide will be more then happy to assist with this. 

How can I enhance the tasting experience? ​

Tasting wine is a sensory experience involving the sense of smell. Perfume and cologne can have an adverse effect on you and the people around you during the shared tasting experience. We ask that you please refrain from wearing perfume and cologne, and other heavy scents when embarking on your wine tour. It is also important to note that lip gloss and lipstick can have a detrimental effect on your tasting experience. Gum and the like may also distort the flavour of the wine you are about to taste, save this treat for the end!  

Can I book a Bachelorette, Bachelor or Themed Wine Tour?

L4L welcomes all themed groups and party events, be it a personal or professional occasion that is bringing the group together leave the planning to us. It is important to note that several facilities do not permit bachelorette groups, therefore, we will do our best to work with the ones that do to ensure it’s a great day for everyone. How can I pay?

Please use the secure on-line booking method when paying for your tour, our site currently accepts VISA & MASTERCARD. If you prefer to pay with PayPal or wish to send an E-Transfer, please contact us directly to set this up [email protected]

How long is Lunch?

Your group has 1.5 hours to enjoy a relaxed lunch experience before being whisked away to the next winery destination. Your guide will keep you informed with regards to timing and your next planned stop to ensure your group enjoys each winery visit.

Who are the “Guests” on my tour?

Your Private Tour is exactly that, when your group of two or more book, the Mercedes Benz SUV or large passenger vehicle is reserved for you and your guests only.

How can I add one or more Guests to my Private tour?

To ensure your group reservation is private, bookings cannot be accessed after the initial reservation is created. If you have additional guests that you want to add to your reservation after you have made the booking, please contact [email protected] or phone 778-821-2771. You will speak with a Lust4Luxury Tours representative who will verify your group details. We will happily add the remaining guests to your party of up to six. Please note that we require prior notice to confirm our large passenger vehicles availability for groups over six and therefore may not be able to accommodate additional guests over this size. 

When will the exact pick up time for my tour be confirmed?

Pick up times are confirmed by 6pm the day before the tour, by text message or by email (based on preference selected or guaranteed method of contacting guest).

Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?

Yes, wine not treat someone special with a fabulous gift! We think wine tours make a perfect gift for any occasion. Contact us by email [email protected] or phone to obtain a Gift Certificate.

What if it’s raining?

Rain or shine bring on the wine, when it's raining, they are pouring!  Wine tastings are typically held indoors within a tasting room, wine cellar, or under a covered patio. Lust4Luxury has your group covered we provide our guests with complimentary umbrellas should the occasion arise. Please dress for the weather we want you to enjoy your time with or without the sun. 

Can I bring my kids on the tour?

Yes! Lust4Luxury Tours can accommodate everyone in your group so long as they are legally allowed to sit in a seat without a safety/car seat. Per person pricing still applies to all guests. Please feel free to include additional details about your guests in the comment section provided upon booking your tour. 

Can I bring my pet on the tour?

No, pets are not permitted on our tour excursions at this time. 

Do you offer a wheelchair accessible vehicle?

Unfortunately, our fleet does not include wheelchair-accessible vehicles. However, this maybe something we can arrange for your group. Please contacted us directly to discuss possible options [email protected]

Additional Charges

An additional $50.00 charge will automatically be applied to the card used to book the tour if your group is 30 minutes past the scheduled departure time. An additional $100.00 charge will automatically be applied to the card used to book if your group is 60 minutes past the departure time.
